What is Kiwanis?
Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world, one child and one community at a time. The name “Kiwanis” means “we trade” or “we share our talents.” It was coined from an American Indian expression, Nunc Kee-wanis.
What is a Kiwanian?
Kiwanians are volunteers changing the world through service to children and communities. Kiwanis members help shelter the homeless, feed the hungry, mentor the disadvantaged, and care for the sick. What is a Young Professional’s Club?
A Young Professional Kiwanis Club has a focus to cater to young people who are too busy to devote time into a traditional Kiwanis club. At the same time you can still devote some time in doing real community service as well as network with others.2012 Programs

Using the movie Groundhog Day, he illustrates and helps explain and clarify: What are the two basic choices we all face every day? How can we accomplish big things through daily routines? Positive thinking doesn’t work for me, how do I motivate myself to meet my goals?
